In the Everglades there are many important qualities. If it wasn't for the Everglades, the home to many animals now may not of been there if it wasn't for this water source. It can also be a main source maybe for fish and exotic creatures like spiders in your pic.
Some similarities in the Everglades and the Greenland Ice caps is that in both you can find exotic animals such as Orcas in the Ice Caps. And Alligators in the Everglades.Some differences are that the Everglades are warmer than the Ice Caps. Also that the Green land Ice caps are primarily Salt water why yours are mostly fresh.
